obtained my Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from Peking University, where I studied lanthanide-based single-molecule magnets. Afterward, I joined Carnegie Mellon University as a postdoctoral researcher. My current research focuses on structure–function correlations in iron-containing proteins and synthetic model complexes, using bioinorganic spectroscopic techniques such as  ⁵⁷Fe Mössbauer spectroscopy and EPR spectroscopy.
