- This delegate is presenting an abstract at this event.
Martin Srnec completed his PhD in 2010 at the Institute of Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry in Prague and then he spent two years (2011–2013) at Stanford University, USA, with Prof. E. I. Solomon as a post-doctoral fellow. Since 2014, he leads a theoretical bioinorganic research group at the J. Heyrovský Institute of Physical Chemistry in Prague, Czech Republic. He is mainly interested in the development of concepts in chemical reactivity as well as the application of theoretical methods to elucidate reaction mechanisms of redox-active metalloenzymes and biomimetics.
