Jasmine Nehema is a final-year PhD candidate at the University of South Australia, supervised by Associate Professor Sally Plush. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Chemistry and a Master’s in Chemistry. Her research interests lie in synthetic inorganic chemistry, with her current work centred on developing lanthanide-based fibre optic sensors for detecting reactive species.
