Elizabeth New

Elizabeth New obtained her BSc (Advanced, Honours) and MSc degrees from the University of Sydney, where she worked with Professor Trevor Hambley. Following a PhD at Durham University in 2009 with Professor David Parker, she spent two years as a Royal Commission for the Exhibition of 1851 Fellow at the University of California, Berkeley, with Associate Professor Chris Chang. Elizabeth is currently a lecturer and DECRA fellow at the University of Sydney. Current research interests are in the development of small molecule probes for the study of biological systems.
