Presenter Information

Oral Presentations
Please bring your presentation, prepared at 16:9 resolution to maximize the display capabilities at the venue and avoid distortions, with you on a USB or thumb drive. Your presentation should be loaded onto the central laptop located in your session room prior to your session starting and should be done during the break prior to your session start time. AV technicians will be on hand to help with any technical issues.

If you are using your own laptop, please ensure you speak with an AV technician prior to the start of your session to work through any technical issues and to ensure you are prepared.

Poster Presentations

All poster presenters have been assigned to Poster Session 1, but we ask that you are near your poster for all three poster sessions to answer any questions and engage with fellow attendees.

Posters may be put up anytime from 8:00 a.m. on Monday, July 28 in Exhibit Hall C and will remain on display for the duration of the conference.

We encourage presenters to keep their posters up through all sessions to maximise visibility. If you are unable to attend every session, your poster can still be viewed by attendees throughout the event.

Posters must be removed after the poster session on Thursday, July 31.  Any poster remaining on Friday, will be taken down and placed at the registration desk for collection.  We are unable to store or freight any posters at the conclusion of the event, so any left behind will be discarded after the event concludes.

Dedicated poster sessions are scheduled as follows: 

• Poster Session 1: Monday, July 28, 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. 
• Poster Session 2: Tuesday, July 29, 2:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
• Poster Session 3: Thursday, July 31, 2:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Presenters should be at their poster during their allocated poster session. You will have received a separate email confirming your poster session, poster number and supporting details, please refer to that email for further instructions and details.
